The Boy and the Sea

Inspired by the tragic image of drowned Syrian child Alan Kurdi, the short starts with a boy who took joy in drawing the sea.

One day, he dives to the bottom of the sea in the hope of escaping war and misery, but he finds himself trapped among swarms of screens that distort his image and steal his story.

But this story does not end as the images are still circulating and the world is still watching.
